| Dear SCBR Volunteer Friends, Over the years, Maine Boxer Rescue and Rochester Boxer Rescue, merged to become SCBR. Today we are the largest boxer rescue in the whole USA and place about 250 rescued boxers a year in nine states. First it started with one or two, then somewhere along the way we grew. Today, we have volunteers who help in many ways in the public or behind the screens. Our volunteer base has always been strong. A few people have come and gone, but never enough to impact those who strongly believe and are committed to our process. Word could not speak any louder then these wonderful dogs we have helped along the way. (Page 1 & Page 2) So don't sit back and wait for others, get involved today and become part of the SCBR Team. We need volunteers for our big jobs and little jobs. All are important to our operations as a rescue. Your gift of time is priceless and sometime when you get to that place called heaven, a boxer will thank you from it's heart, 'cause you made that difference happen on earth for them. |
