| When an adoptive family decides on a dog, the foster home announces the pending adoption on the email group and requests a contract. The Contract Coordinator then requests the family's information and adoption date and prepares the adoption contract for emailing. This involves cutting & pasting information sent to you regarding an upcoming dog adoption into a generic email & an adoption contract. You will also need to pull off the appropriate dog's information off our site to place in the contract.
Requirements of this job would be strong attention to detail, computer access at home, basic "Word" knowledge & Word program at home, checking your email daily, and being able to do the contracts in a timely manner after receiving the information. Each contract & email takes about 15 minutes to create & we get an average of 4-6 a week, not usually all on the same day, but they could be. It is especially helpful if you are available toward the end of the week and on weekends as often last minute contracts are needed for that weekend adoptions. Interested?
