| TIGGER - English Mastiff mix |
1/28/08 - Tigger is a really sweet 1 year old English Mastiff mix that came into rescue last week thanks
to help from another rescue group. He was an owner surrender to a shelter as they said they did not
have time for him and could not afford him anymore. Tigger lived with kids from 4-12 and another
male mastiff and was said to be good with them all. Unfortunately they also crated him 20 hours a day,
so he is still working on perfecting his house training and not having accidents at times in his crate.
Tigger is the nicest boy, but cats are not going to be able to be in his next home. He tries to hunt my cat
in the house by sniffing everywhere he has been in the last few hours and his goal is to find him (& not
just play either!-LOL). If it was not for this issue, he would not be leaving my house as I have become
so attached to him already. It is hard not to as he is just a big goofy boy! :) He is up to date on all his
shots, heartworm/lyme negative & being neutered tomorrow. He should be ready to go home this
weekend, so hurry before you miss out on Big Tig!
