| RUFUS - Chocolate Lab Mix |

| 5/3/08 - Rufus is a sweet 10 month old baby. He looks like a chocolate lab and pit bull mix, though we have no documentation of that. He has a very happy, goofy, lab type personality. He loves the teenage kids here and the other 3 dogs. He has shown no aggression at all. Very polite taking treats, lets you take food, toys, and bones from him without pause. Would like to play with the horses, but they are a bit big and we don't let him. He likes to chew bones, and toys, and loves stuffed animals. He will carry your shoes and gloves off if he can. He does not do anything with them so far, but likes to carry them around til you take them back. He has learned to come to his name, and will "sit". He will go on leash, though he spends most of his time free here. He is very obedient in the house. Not much of a barker. We think he is the best family dog! An active situation would be best for him, with kids or adults that are outside some. A lucky family will have a place for him! |
