MILLER
NOTE ** Because I am still a baby, I will only be placed in a home where someone is home often, such as
retired, work at home, work opposite shifts, stay at home parents, etc.

UPDATE 4/14/08 - Where do I start with Mister Miller!?  I could just go on & on about him........He's
SUCH a snugglebug!  You could certainly tell he got a wonderful start from a family that gave him all
the love & care in the world!
I think he's one of the most vocal dogs I've ever met-he cries(quite franticly too) when somethings
wrong & moans & groans(A LOT!!) when he's comfy.  Yesterday, He & Sophie were playing in the
living room-all of a sudden-he ran by me & down the hall to our bedroom on 3
legs-YELPING/HOWLING! He wouldn't even put weight on his paw-when he did-he cried all the
LOUDER.  I'm frantic- thinking Sophie(75 lbs) hurt him ect. So,  I look everything over-no scratches,
no blood, everything moves-he's  still CRYING!  I'm lookin' his leg & paw all over & move my focus
up & right there, above his leg, on his white chest-is a white STICKER! I think it "might" of pulled 3
hairs out when I took it off-he just looked at me, relieved, gave me a kiss & off he barreled to play
some more.....5 seconds before that-you'd of thought he was in the throes of death!!  He put on quite a
production-even both kitties came to see what in the world was going on!! LOL-he's such a character!
He's very bright-he knew his name & how to sit when he arrived-he knows "off" & of course "no" &
"come" and were practicing a *little* patience(patience is the hardest). Also, not to take everyone else's
treats OUT of their mouths WHILE THEIR EATING IT!(No-that one's def. the HARDEST!)  He's
also learning leash manners & has gone on a few short walks w/ his big sister-which I think will get
easier as his short little legs catch up w/ her long ones!
I don't think that will take long! Miller was 14 wks old on 4/11 & weighed 25 lbs! He does have a
undescended testicle-the vet thought he could feel it in his groin during his check-up, which if they know
where it is, would make things much easier on him for his upcoming surgery!
Everyone that meets him, comments on his beautiful markings & how handsome & soft he is.  Of
course, when you mention he's a mix-they have to venture a guess on his lineage.  I think so far Shepard
& Great Dane(OH MY:) are tied & the vet thought maybe Pitt?!. Fun to guess at any rate.....
Another thing...have I mentioned his EARS!  They hang to the sides, like any other dogs.....but he can
do this strange little move with them....He can bring them both on the top of his head & fold the flaps
over each other -sorta like a child folds their hands I guess. Looks like a bow on his head!  Very
unique-not sure if it's something he'll keep doing(hope so!) or not but it's very cute!
Like I said-we could go on & on about him(I think I have;) We all the think the world of him & he
seems to fit right in w/the family.
I have to say a special thank you to Maxim's family in Wells for the ride & his foster family in NY-w/
out you-Miller would of never made it to us!
Thank you!!

3/08 - Miller has been adopted!

2/20/08 - Miller is doing great. He's a wonderful little puppy and I have to say I am shocked he is not
pending adoption like his brothers. Miller loves to be held and petted. He makes this cute little squeaky,
happy noise when you hold him. He then settles down and takes a puppy power nap. He is eating like a
champ and LOVES feeding time. The pups now know our routine and they start whining when  they
know I am getting their food. Seems I am never as quick as they  would like  me to be but it takes time
to feed 8 dogs! All 3 pups eat
with their tails wagging. It is pretty cute to see all those little puppy butts in a row. I sent  in some
updated pictures of Miller. He's more handsome than ever, his color has  changed a lot and he has the
most beautiful brindle coat.

1/31/08 - Jingle's boys will be 4 weeks old  tomorrow and will officially be ready for adoption on
February 29th when they  turn 8 weeks old. They will go to the vet for their first puppy vaccine in 2
weeks, we will have a fecal done as well and deworm them if  necessary. Since the pups were born in
the Buffalo  area and it's hockey season my daughter decided they should be named  after Buffalo
Sabres players. So we have
Kotalik (Kota), Maxim and Miller.  The pups are very boxery (we can guarantee 50%) and for the
other half of their  parentage well, they will keep us guessing for sure. I would venture a guess and  say
their daddy was a boxer mix. All the boys have square, wrinkly muzzles and  boxery heads. They are
also quite vocal (another boxer trait). My neighbor came  over to see them today and she couldn't
believe the barks/growls/grunts were from the puppies.

Miller is the darkest of the boys. He is  brindle with some black on his back. He sits back and watches
his brothers then  decides if joining in is a good idea or not. He seems to realize that following  his
brothers under
the couch, into the toy bin, behind the crate etc. is not a  great idea. He refuses to give into peer
pressure  LOL Miller seems to be the shyest of the puppies when it comes to  new adventures or
maybe he's just more laid back. More Updates coming soon!
