UPDATE 5/6/08 - I can't believe that we have had Kobe for over 2 months already. He is doing so
great-
He came to us so well trained--he knows sit, shake, down, drop it, and I could go on and on! We did
go to obedience training but honestly we were learning things that Kobe already knew!
Kobe has done a great job adjusting to a very busy family with three small boys. He loves them and
sleeps each night on the bottom of the trundle bed with my oldest son. He does get a bit wild when
new young faces come in the house (ie--he jumps up on them which is difficult since he is 90+ pounds).
We are working on that along with his infatuation with the garbage can!! We will be getting the child
proof lock for the door to the garbage can--
Kobe has had an excellent bill of health from our vet and we recently switched him to Wellness food in
hopes of giving him the very best food we can!

3/1/08 - Kobe has been adopted!
2/26/08 - Kobe is one big, handsome, loving boy! His owners found themselves very much occupied
with their energetic toddler and sadly, they needed to find a home where Kobe could be given the
attention this beautiful, energetic boxer needs.
He has come into our home as a real gentleman. He walks perfectly on a leash, knows a number of
commands, is housebroken and full of joy!
He LOVES to play with a ball or a tug and cuddles up at our feet while we are watching tv. He seems
perfect. As we continue to get to know him – we’ll update soon.
