UPDATE 6/3/08 - Guiness continues to be all that we had hoped for and then some. Baseball season has brought
us many opportunities to get out to the ballfields and mingle with all prospective friends! The weather has been so
beautiful so we've been outdoors alot. We began obedience training at Masterpeace Dog Training in Franklin. Our
boy Guiness seems to be the star pupil! Once the summer comes and myself and my son are out of school, we'll
be visiting the Friday morning playgroups at Masterpeace. By the way, Macie and Guiness are still good friends.
She's a beautiful Goldendoodle.Macie's owners refer to Guiness as,"her boyfriend". I will post pictures as soon as
we put them on the computer. It's great to see him play, and even share his toys with another dog. My sister came
out for a visit in May, and immediately fell in love with Guiness. We are so happy that he came into our lives.
That's all for now. We'll be in touch soon.

UPDATE 3/3/08 - Hello all,
We just wanted to update everyone on our wonderful dog Guiness. He adjusted beautifully to our family and our
neighborhood.  He is such a lover! Big boxer kisses for everyone he meets! One of his favorite things to do is  to
cuddle up on the couch with myself, my husband, and my son. He's an equal opportunity lover! We've been having
fun taking walks, playing in the backyard, going for car rides, meeting the schoolbus everyday, and playing with all
of our neighborhood furry friends! We also wanted to thank everyone at Second Chance. Julie and Leann, Donna,
and Dot. We feel so blessed to have Guiness in our lives. It's as if he's always been with us. I have made
arrangements to have Guiness attend obedience training. We are going to sign up for obedience at Masterpeace
Dog Training in Franklin, MA. We'll keep you all posted. On Friday evenings, they have drop in playgroups!

UPDATE 2/20/08 -  Guiness was adopted 2/10/08
Our boy Guiness is doing fantastic! He is such a pleasure to have around! My husband and I agree he is the best
boy ever! We feel truly blessed to have him in our lives. Already we've been shopping at Petco together, we meet
the bus after school everyday,he waits patiently for our son, then he attacks with boxer kisses! He even has a
girlfriend next door named Macie!(she's a goldendoodle)He settled in beautifully the first day, and even ate a full
bowl of food! One of his favorite things to do is to go for walks around the neighborhood and meet all the people
along the way. Of course, when he gets home he chills out on the couch with any one of us. He's an equal
opportunity lover. Lots of boxer kisses and wiggles all around. Guiness will be celebrating his third birthday with us
on 2/25/08. We're already searching for a recipe for a dog friendly cake. The best is yet to come!!

2/10/08 - Guiness has been adopted!

1/24/08 -  Hi everyone!    This is Guiness again.  Wanted to let you all know that I am recovering from my operation.
I am doing very well.    And here are the pictures I promised.    Quite good looking huh?

1/15/08 - Hi everyone!  My name is Guiness.    I apologize for not writing sooner….but I have been busy settling in
at my foster home and letting the other boxers and the boxer-people get to know me.     I was a big handsome stud
until today……I am currently at the Vet’s office being “fixedâ€.     So I will not be so “studlyâ€
anymore!!  But I’m still handsome (pics coming soon).     I am well-behaved, house-trained, somewhat
obedient, very crate trained (I prefer to sleep in my crate - my own private space) and I walk well on a leash.  I really
really like kids and I think I would be happiest in a new home with little boxer people.    I like to give kisses and I do
not jump up on people (which is a good thing because I am a pretty big boy)  I get along well with other dogs,
unless there is an issue of them trying to take my treats away!   I really am sweet and would make a great addition
to anyone’s home.  And did I mention that I am humble??  TTFN, Guiness.
