NOTE ** Because I am still a baby, I will only be placed in a home where someone is home often, such as
retired, work at home, work opposite shifts, stay at home parents, etc.
12/11/07 - Clyde is an amazing puppy! He is only seven months old. He has been hit by a car and has a
broken leg. Now he has found himself living in a foster home with strangers who have to keep him
crated all the time so his leg can heal. It sounds like more than any dog could handle but Clyde is doing
great. He is sweet and well behaved. When I do let him out of his crate he has learned if he starts to
play he has to go right back in so now he will get a toy and go lay on the dog bed and chew on it.
Clyde loves attention but is definitely not pushy about it. He lights up at the site of my son so I bet he
would do great in a home with children. He loves the other dogs and gives them kisses through the crate
door every chance he gets. If he did not need time to recover I have no doubt he would already have a
home so get your applications in now because he is definitely a dog that is worth waiting for. Did I
mention he is also very handsome? His pictures do not do him justice. Clyde is one of the prettiest
boxers I have seen in a long time.
11/25/07 - Clyde was a lucky boy to make it to SCBR. Clyde was hit by a car, picked up by animal
control and brought to an emergency clinic. When his owners were found they decided they did not
want to pay to repair his leg, so wanted him put to sleep. Luckily the emergency clinic called us to take
over. Clyde was taken to the Norway vet hospital were his surgery was proformed. A few pins and a
plate later he will be as good as new. He has a few week recovery and then he can move on. His vet
cost is already around $1,500 dollars. But this pup is worth it. Clyde is sweet, housebroken,
cratetrained. He loves the other dogs but is not allowed to play. He is fine with the ferrets and is afraid
of the parrot. Clyde loves everyone he meets. He is going to make a great addition to any family one he
is ready to go. Get your apps in soon.

CLYDE NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Clyde was hit by a car and his owners told the vet to put him to sleep as they could not pay for the thousands of dollars in surgery and follow-up care. We saved Clyde's life and had his surgery done at our specialist. With discounts, we already have about $1,500 into his care and desperately need your help to pay this huge bill!
If you can help with even $5 or $10 toward his care, it will be very much appreciated!
