BIGGIE
UPDATE 6/15/08 - Biggie (AKA Goofy Boy, Goober, Gomer, Roscoe) is a wonderful dog!  He will chase a ball endlessly as many times as you can throw it.  He is happy to play from sun up to sun down, but just as happy to relax and just lay next to me (or on me).  In the car, he will lay down in the back (he stays in the way back of our SUV) while we are moving, and pop his head up when we stop, just to see if we're anyplace interesting.  He comes to work with me every day (I own a dog grooming shop) and all my customers just can't get over how beautiful and sweet he is.  They also marvel at how well behaved he is around the other dogs.  My other dog at home is another story though.  They have been off to a bit of a rough start.  My first dog, Petey, loves to play with other dogs, but I don't think she's too thrilled to live with one.  After getting her face chewed up though, I think she's learning she can't push Biggie around, but I keep them separated anytime I can't keep a close eye on them, especially when the kids are around.  Both dogs are great with my kids (my son Karson is 6, and my daughter Halle is 3), but I wouldn't want them stuck in the middle if they decide to scuffle.
All in all, Biggie is an absolute joy to have around.

Biggie has been adopted!

5/7/08 -
We have been working on leaving Biggie alone while I am at work.  First we tried the crate and although I had to push him in once there he was fine no barking or stressing.  The next day I left him alone in the house and I was gone longer then I had  planned and he had one accident.   I really believe that was do to stress.  He came from a home where someone was home all the time.Since then he has been fine being left alone.  There has been no more accidents at all.   When I get home we go out and have a run and romp in the backyard.

Biggie will go to the vet on Monday 5/12/08 and will be ready for his forever home then.  He is so anxious to have a home of his own.

Well Biggie has been here now for a few days and has settled in without a hitch.  This boy is a dream of a dog.  He just loves everyone he meets and loves to be outside.   We were out playing with his toys yesterday and what fun he had.  He would throw this football around and then jump for it.  I was laughing so hard.   I do not think he ever had a dog bed because he refused for the first two days to use them and would sleep on the rug or hardwood floors.  Tonight I think he finally figured out how great they are.  Our first night Biggie sleep by my bed uncrated all through the night with one bathroom run and then right back to sleep.

Well his name does not reflect on his size.  He really is  perfectly sized  I am  guessing that  his weight is around 55 lbs. or so.  He has excellent car manners.  He has been in a car since early morning and once I got him I had to make several stop.  He did not settle down in the car unless I was there and we were driving, but he also just sat and looked out the window when I left the car.  We had a few introductions and he was a perfect gentlemen.  Tried to keep him calm and away from as many people as possible as I am sure he is a little unsettled and wondering what the heck is going on.  Right now we have settled into the Condo and he is still smelling and getting to know the place.  So far no markings  yea yea yea.... Gave him a bath and again he was great and just let me do my thing.  Right now he has settled down by my feet and looks

alittle sad.  I must say my first impression is this is a wonderfiul boy who just wants to have someone love him.

Hi everyone, Biggie is big, white and absolutely beautiful.  Cindy will send better picutres.   Dick sat in the back seat with him so he would relax (I owe Dick one-LOL!).  It was a great transport of a great dog  and absolutely no traffic either way.  How much better can it get!!  Thank you Kathleen and Cindy for stepping up to help out.  It was most appreciated by us.
