home and he did the same wiggling...
6/8/07 - Trooper has been adopted!
5/28/07 - WOW!! I have to tell ya, he is a true blue genuine Boxer boy. Trooper has all the wonderful
traits that make this breed so special. He adores children. He met the cat face to face and just sniffed
and walked away. When he is with you, all he wants is to lean against you to be touching you. When
I hug him, he wiggles and bends his body in half like a kidney bean, just soaking up the attention, and he
gives sweet little kisses in return.
Trooper loves to tear through the yard and sometimes the house. He stops dead in front of you with the
best Boxer bounce I've seen in a long time. He is a youngster but is gentle, not like the proverbial bull
in a china shop that you might experience with some young Boxer males. He is friendly with the other
dogs through the crate. We will try some introductions in a couple of days.
5/2/07 - Trooper has spent his first night with his foster family. This is a sweet and gentle creature. The
biggest wiggle came out of him when he met the children. He was so happy to meet and kiss them.
He has seen some of the other dogs through the crate and he appears to want to play, but we're going
to let him just settle in for a week or so to let him get use to the sights , sounds, and smells....... He has
an upset belly so we cannot get a clear image on whether or not he is house trained. More to come on
this boy as we get to know him.
5/26/07 - He is a 1 year old male......... He was found stray and was living in a warehouse..... He was a
bit overheated. He just walked in we wet him down with a towel to bring down his body temp, he's
having a drink of water and then will rest a bit before dinner.
