6/10/08 - Sadly, Dave & I sent Rocky Girl (our permanent senior foster) to the Bridge this past
Saturday. She began having seizures Friday evening and they came at a fast pace of every 1/2 hour or
so. Because of her advanced age (she was one month short of 12 years) we decided not to put her
thru medical diagnosis and treatments. We were by her side until the end. God Speed Rocky Girl, we
will miss you, Dot & Dave
5/31/07 - Rocky's foster family has decided to keep her as a "permanent foster"! We know at
Rocky's age, sadly most people would not choose to adopt her. We don't know how long she has, but
Rocky's days will be happy ones with her new family and she will be well loved until the end!
5/27/07 - Rocky and Angel arrived at noon today. They came into rescue as their owner had died.
Rocky is the mother and Angel and Cassius Girl are her two daughters. They are both overwhelmed
and exhausted. They are taking nice peaceful naps. Thanks to all involved in getting these precious
girls to us.
