BO
5/23/07 - How time flys by........Bo received his heartworm treatment 4 weeks ago and he has been
able to pull through and he is doing great.  I brought him to the vets yesterday to receive his second
treatment for
the baby worms.  All of the people at the vets office could not get over how friendly and great he is!  I
have an appointment to bring Bo back to the vets on June 22.  The vet will check his heart and see if
Bo's heart will be healthy enough to get neutered at that point.  On our way home we stopped by
PetCo to get him a treat for going to the vets yesterday, and Bo was such a gentleman.  He never once
pulled on his leash.  He really enjoyed smelling everything that he could get his nose on and loved
receiving attention from everyone who walked by.
I am still trying to housebreak him, but he does tend to want to mark his territory.  I am hoping that
once he is neutered he won't want to mark his territory as much. I really do believe that with consistant
training he will catch on quick to the housebreaking.   He is a great dog.  He will make someones family
very happy.  Will this be your family he makes happy?  He hopes so!!

4/20/07 - Bo has been doing great.  He is such a love.  With the nice weather yesterday, we were able
to play alot outside.  Bo loves to follow my boxer boy around and he listens well.  Bo was playing
yesterday with 4
other dogs and he was very happy with all of them.  He played with my two boxers, and my sisters
Golden Retriever and Jack Russell.  He also met my cousins boy who is 9 and Bo just followed him
around too.  Bo
is such a great boy, I can't say enough good things about him!!!!!  I have been working with him on his
housetraining, and he has improved.  There has been a couple accidents, but I think he will catch on very
soon. He is always wanting to please his humans.

4/14/07 - Bo arrived at my home on Friday evening.  He is such a gentle and friendly dog.  I don't think
he knows how to be anything else but gentle and friendly.  He gets along great with my two dogs and
my cat.  When I gave him a bath the other day, he took it like a champ.  Bo does have heartworms, but
he will be going to the vet on Monday to receive his first treatment and in about 4 to 6 weeks he should
be able to go home!  I believe this boy will be a great dog for any family.  He came from Alabama, and
I was told that he was kept outside all the time.  Because of this, he is not housebroken yet.  I will be
working with him on this.  If you are looking for a gentle and friendly dog who enjoys being around
everyone, you don't want to pass this boy up.  He won't be here long!

4/13/07 - I picked up Bo (Alabama shelter white boy) from Leann today.  Bo did great riding in the
car.  He is a very gentle and friendly boy.  I have him in a crate away from everyone and everything so
he can rest in peace.  Once he is not so stressed, I will give him a bath and get him looking handsome,
smelling good, and feeling great.  I would like to thank everyone who transported this boy to me to
foster, this has saved his life!!!!  Once I learn more about this boy, I will send an update.
