BLAZE - Husky/German Shepherd? Mix
NOTE ** Because I am still a baby, I will only be placed in a home where someone is home often, such
as retired, work at home, work opposite shifts, stay at home parents, etc.

8/4/07 - What can I say that I haven't said about Blaze. He is just a great puppy. He went to my son's
last baseball game and just enjoyed watching all the kids. As the game came to a close you could tell
he was ready to get home and rest. He was so happy to curl up in his crate and sleep. He will make a
wonderful addition to your life. A second chance is something all dogs deserve and Blaze deserves the
very best. He will always share a part of my heart, but as they say it is better to have loved....you know
how it goes. Is Blaze the one for you? Can you give him a forever home?

8/1/07 - Visit to the vet today for Rabies and distemper. Blaze is now 29lbs. of perfection. He can sit
on command, house trained, crate trained. Each day he is more joyful and fun. He loves everyone
young, old, cat, dog. Needs exercise for he is full of life!!! Great on his leash and in his foster mom's
truck. He picks up everything in his mouth so we need to keep a good eye on that. He is a bit
interested in passing cars so his forever home needs to make sure his interest in cars is taken care of.
He is eager to learn, loyal and sooo smart. Did I say he was beautiful? Forgive me I cannot help
myself. With training and love I know Blaze will be perfect for the right home. Are you the home he has
been dreaming of? Do not pass this beautiful angel by!! He is just awesome!!!!

7/23/07 - Blaze has been with us for just a couple of days. He is pure puppy perfection. Blaze would
make a wonderful family dog for a family with young children. He also would be a great one on one
dog. He needs to be in a safe environment because he tends to put anything in his mouth. He needs to
have lots of room to play or have a human who will be able to walk him often. He is housebroken and
sleeps thru the night in his crate without a peep. Did I mention how beautiful he is? Well his pictures
speak for themselves. If you dreamed of having a dog this is the one for you. He deserves the very
best. Do you have a home for Blaze? He is an angel.

7/22/07 - Blaze arrived safe and sound thanks to all the amazing volunteers from SCBR. All I can say
is he is sooooo sweet and just a very young gentleman. He is very thin but he ate very well this evening.
He is very passive thru his crate near the other dogs. Tomorrow we will try to bring the gang together
but too much for today. Blaze has had a very long day. Discoveries so far about Blaze are as follows:
fine in his crate, needs a safe place to run and play, loves my 15 year old son, and my husband, pretty
good on his leash but he is still a baby and can use some training of course, loves to play ball, loves to
cuddle. He is all puppy but very gentle. I think he would be great with small children, other dogs, great
for someone who runs or does a lot of walking, needs lots of exercise. He will be a loyal companion to
a very lucky family. He deserves a second chance. Do not pass him up he is amazing.

6/24/07 - Blaze arrived from a high kill shelter a few days ago. What a great smart puppy he is. He is
completely cratetrained and keeps his crate clean all night. He loves everyone and wants to please. He
needs a place to call home.
