10/23/06 - Whoever adopts Rocky will be getting a good friend and playmate.  During the day Rocky
is not far from me, and when he is bored with what I’m doing he will take a nap in his crate.  He
does not care for the door on his crate closed so we leave it open so he will feel more comfortable.  He
has decided that between 8 and 8:30 is his bedtime no matter what else is going on in the household.

Yesterday we had to do some errands so we took both dogs, Rocky loves to look out the back
window but does not bark at anyone or thing.

He loves to play tug with the tug rope but he is so strong we haven’t found anyone that can beat
him!  He also loves squeaky toys and will play for a long time with them.

His favorite time of day is mealtime, I’ve had to add water to his food as he was eating so fast, also
feeding twice a day.  Lots of treats in between meals that he gladly speaks for.  But his morning he is
going to be very disappointed that he won’t be getting a breakfast as he will be going to the hospital
for neutering.

Rocky would be so happy to be in a forever home with a family that plays with him and takes him for
walks, this is one perfect dog!

10/15/06 - Rocky P. found that Friday the 13th is a pretty lucky day because that’s when he came
to SCBR!

Rocky is the most perfect foster that we have ever had, I have not found any bad traits as yet; he sleeps
overnight in the crate with just a few very quiet whines, speaks for a treat, is house broken.  I have
started some basic heeling and he is really good, he just doesn’t like to sit on the cold road/grass,
rides very good in the car.

We are treating the ear mites and fleas with no protest from him at all, I do think he needs some
socialization with dogs his size but he is very good with my terrier or shall I say tolerant with her.

Keep watching this boy, lots more surprises I’m sure!
