UPDATE 1/26/07 - Precious is just great! She got a new coat this past weekend to prepare for the
cold. She really doesn't like to be outside without a few layers on. She goes down to feed the horses
with me most mornings now and she really enjoys the routine. We all are loving her puppy kisses.
UPDATE 12/19/06 - Precious continues to do GREAT! She is loving my kitty! She has also been
enjoying her obediance work. She is still slow to respond to commands, but she's getting there. She
definately understands them, but is a little excited and takes a little while to carry them out. She is
walking on the leash like a champ! She follows very well, no more tugging even when she's excited.
Her coat is looking WONDERFUL getting more and more shiny! She also is loving her doggy jackets,
she is getting quite the wardrobe! She is so funny when she plays, all paws! We couldn't be happier
with this girl. I would like to know how to update her pictures as we have so many super cute ones.
Thanks again for such a wonderful dog.
UPDATE 12/7/06- Wow... Precious just continues to be more and more fun! She is good about
everything! She is very interested in the cat. They are constantly playing. So funny! I watch for it to
get too rough, but so far just playful. Precious is also great with my daughter who is so excited to have
a "DOGGIE" at the house. She is apprehensive about being in the kitchen. I don't know if it is the tile
floor or if she was previously not allowed to be in the kitchen, but we keep giving her little treats and
reassurance about it and she seems to be getting more comfortable. She is also getting much better on
the leash. Rarely pulls now. She enjoys her daily outings (but must wear her fleece doggy coat in this
weather). She seems to like her coat. Also is lovey with her doggy toys and some how magically
knows the difference between her toys and my daughter's toys which seem quite similar to me. Well just
wanted to update that it is going great! Thanks again! We love her!

adjust to everything, but some how she seems to be right into the swing of things already. More
pictures and updates later. Thanks so much for the best dog ever!

11/27/06 - Hello everyone, just wanted to give an update on Precious. She is doing really well, she
goes in the crate now without having to put her in. She is eating well and does bark now lol, but not
alot at all. She is a really good girl, no accidents in the house, she walks on the leash well, she likes to
play...just not rough. She is still getting use to things around here, if Angel is not here (she went to the
vets the other day ) she wimpered most of the time that Angel was gone. She likes to be given love &
attention and when she sees you she gives you the boxer wiggles. She is such a great girl and anyone
who adpots her will think the same. We are working on some basic commands like "sit" and "give me
paw " she is learning! She is a pleasure to have!
11/19/06 - Here is an updated picture of Precious she is on the left, Angel is on the right. Precious is so
good she loves it when u talk to her and she will come over to get pet!!!!!
11/16/06 - Hello everyone , Precious is doing great ! at first she didn't bark , but now after being
around my boxer (Angel) ,she barks when someone knocks on the door , she is eating really good
drinking good, she is a very good dog , she is house broken she can go out at about 9 :00p.m. and
sleep all night and go for her morning walk and go to the bathroom , she is so good she is getting more
& more comfortable everyday, she is such a great dog and anyone that adopts her will be getting a
great friend ! , she does not chew on anything
that we know if so far , just toys ( animal toys) . she does understand "sit " you may have to say it a few
times but she gets it , "give me paw "she will but it will take a few times , she lays down when you tell
her to ,she does pull aliitle bit on the leash but is good with it , she is not crate trained she Doesn't want
to go in it , the previous owner let Precious & Moxie Sleep in the garage on a couch, she also had a
feneced in yard . She is just a great dog!!!
11/13/06 - Precious is doing better today, she is eating & drinking and she and my Angel (Boxer) are
getting along better, we put her in the crate last night and she does bark! Yesterday she didn't at all, she
is not crate trained , and i think she was never in one or it was a very long time ago when she was with
us before. She is an owner surreder the owner is in the service and he is selling his house so he will not
have time to take care of them. She was with Moxie who is going to VT, we saw Moxie and she is a
pretty dog. I think Precious was at one time tied up and got her collor or chain caught around her neck
she has a scar on her neck, she also has a good size scar on the left side of her face near the back of
her neck.. I don't know how she got it but it looks like it could be that. She is so calm, she is great to
have, my boxer is more hyper than Precious is but i think that is because she is new to our home. I will
be taking some pictures of her today she is beautiful, she has really nice eyes, they are a light brown. I
think she will be a good dog to who ever adopts her!
11/11/06 - Hello everyone Precious is here in Rhode Island and is doing ok , it is her first day here she
has not eaten yet, but she loves attention she will kiss ya all day long, she is a little bit nervous but is
doing ok. She does not bark at all I do find that odd, she is good looking, she has the natural ears and
tail, she rides in a car nicely , she like that. She does have a scar on her left side of her neck, a little bit
big to me i don't know what it is from. I will give more updates in the next few days.
