6/25/06 - Nile is the sad reality of the puppy mill trade. He was not purchased while he was cute and
cuddly so he ends up living the first 6 months of his life in a cage with little to no hope. Never hugged
and loved like a puppy should be so he is a little fearful. He is trying hard to trust and should turn
around soon. Nile has an appointment to get checked out at the vet this week and be neutered. He is
great with other dogs and cratetrained. It was sad today when he found a plastic bag, obviously never
having a toy before he thought that it was the greatest thing. He was carrying it around, throwing it in the
air having a good time. We will introduce him to the real life of a puppy, a yard to play in and real toys.
Nile should be ready for a family of his own real soon. Nile is missing a good part of his tail. We will
never know for sure but some sort of accident at the mill. It has healed and the hair has grown over so it
looks cute. Are you the family that Nile has been praying for.J
