2/18/06 - Cricket has been adopted!

2/5/06 - Cricket has had some real improvements. She spent the day at a huge winter event on the coast. She met
people and kids of all ages and lots of dogs. She was wonderful with everyone. Her manners are improving
everyday and she is acting like a typical puppy. I just think she needed some guidance. Cricket has met a cat and
after a few taps on the nose from the cat decided she was not worth playing with. Cricket does respect her and
would be fine in a home with cats. Cricket continues to improve on her housebreaking and cratetraining. She is a
wonderful normal puppy that enjoys playing with other dogs and sleeping on the couch. Cricket needs a home
where someone is home most of the time or can take her to work with them. She is continue to grow and improve
with lots of time and attention. Do you have the time and patience for  a boxer puppy?

1/31/06 - Well Cricket has been here at her new foster home for a few days and what a puppy she is. She is a wild
child. Cricket needs a home with lots of boxer experience and a firm hand. She needs someone that is going to
keep her on a short leash and not let her get away with anything. She has a dominant personality that can't be
allowed to get out of control. Cricket has the potential to be a wonderful boxer with lots of work and training. She
needs to get into a training class right away with her new family.

Cricket is great with all the dogs here and has really learned her place. The older dogs have let her know she will
not be in charge and she accepts that very well. Cricket is completely cratetrained and has housebreaking down
pretty well. She would be great with older children that can control her when she gets into one of her jumping fits.
Cricket is a great little puppy that will turn into a wonderful dog with some hard work and commitment. Do you have
the time for this wild little child??

1/18/06 - If you are looking for a little fun and  excitement in your life Cricket may be the little ball of energy to keep
you laughing. Cricket came into rescue after she was left at a vets office in Maine because she was too much for
her elderly owner to handle. Cricket is a typical boxer puppy with loads of energy. Her ideal home would be with
someone who is home all day and has the time and energy to train her properly. She loves playing with all the
dogs here and would do better in a home where she has someone to play with so she can work off some of her
energy. Cricket was a little timid when I picked her up but boy has she come out of her shell. She spent the day
running around the house playing with the other dogs and stopping every now and then to give the people in the
family kisses on her way by. I have an appointment for her to be spayed next Wednesday and after that she should
be ready to start her new life with her forever family.
