4/7/06 - Bailey has been adopted!
3/27/06 - Bailey just had his last heartworm treatment. He now weighs 73LBS. and still needs to gain more weight.
He is now ready for his forever home. He is the sweetest loveable boy.He loves to play but also loves to cuddle. I
have spoiled him. Every night Bailey and I have ice-cream with whip cream I taught him how to eat whip cream
from the can. All my dogs do. Bailey knows how to keep himself busy. He is crate trained but does not need to be
in a crate. He does not steal from the counters or table. He is completely housebroken. Not one accident since he
has been here. He can be left alone all day. Bailey loves people. He will follow you from room to room. He is not
a barker. Knows sit, stay, down, and give the paw. Bailey is extremely strong. It would be best that he lives with little
bit older children-he would not hurt a child but might knock them down by accident. He has food & toy issues with
other dogs as he does not like to share with them, but I can take food from his bowl or take his toy. Please give this
sweet adorable, loveable mush a much deserved forever home!
3/9/06 - Bailey has been easy to take care of. He doesn't complain at all. He spends most of his time in his crate.
We still need to keep him quiet because of the heartworm treatment and the risks during that time. He does know
some basic commands-Sit, and give the paw. He loves everyone! He does not like to be in the crate if other dogs
are out of their's. Right now its just him and I in the room. I'm trying to give him alone time with me so he doesn't
have to be crated. He's laying on a dog bed chewing a bone. Every couple of minutes he turns his head to make
sure I'm still there. His foster brother Tyson is too playful for him to be with right now. He is completely
housebroken. Not one accident since he has been here. He gained a much needed 3 lbs. Bailey is the sweetest
dog. Please take a good look at that cute face. I know you won't be able to say no! Please put your application in.
You will truly be getting a wonderful dog!
3/5/06 - Bailey is a wonderful white boy who was a stray to a shelter in the South. He is the biggest mush! One
look at him and your heart just melts. Unfortunately he is heartworm positive. He has already received his first
treatment and still has a couple of more weeks before his next treatment. Then he will be ready to go to his forever
home! Will update again in a few days.
