08-31-05 - Meet Sammy! She is not a boxer but a mastiff puppy. We think Sammy is about 3 or 4 months old and
she is still very much a big puppy. Sammy has had a rough start in life being found as a stray, and really needs
someone to give her a new start. Sammy has a few scars on her body so we are not sure if she has been in
some fights. She is a little leary of the other dogs and not sure what to expect when she meets them. With our
gang here she is learning that other dogs don't always want to hurt her. Sammy will be visiting the vets soon and
then should be good to go to her forever home. If you are looking for a mastiff puppy please keep in mind just how
big these guys will get, Sammy will probably end up being around 120lbs when full grown. The ideal family for this
girl is someone that has a lot of experience with dogs or even the mastiff breed. Watch for more updates on this
