UPDATE 9/29/05 - Leonix is fitting in well with our family. He is so polite and he and our other dog Lola play so
much! He is so gentle around our cats and he loves to get hugs. We feel like we have been with him forver. He
loves wading in the pond near our house and playing chase in the backyard.
He is such a good boy and we are grateful to have him.

9/24/05 - Leonix has been adopted!

8/24/05 - Leonix is doing well and has adjusted just fine. he loves to play with the other dogs especially Cyrus. they
act like brothers or like they have been together all their lives! We've only had 1 accident and that was my fault I
didn't get up to let him out so that don't count against him! He has been doing real good with the potty thing, I am
very proud of him! When he is outside in the yard he loves to run and he runs so fast I am afraid he won't be
able to stop and run into something lol! He loves to snuggle in the chair with my daughter who is 9 yrs old, they just
lounge there and watch TV together.  All in all he is an awesome dog and deserves a good loving home, thank
goodness we got him out of the shelter!

8/15/05 - Leonix arrived today thanks to Gail who sprung him from a shelter here in NY.  He is a gorgeous fawn boy
with a black and white mask cropped ears and a docked tail.  The previous owner said they had some potty issues
so we will check this out while we get to know him better.  He was excited and happy tail waggin when he saw the
other 7 dogs here so I think he'll fit in just fine.
