3/15/03 Hi Everyone, It's me Osborne. I have decided to take matters into my own paws
and write an update. I went to the vet again on Thursday and everything looks great. The Dr.
did another culture and the results should be back in a few more days. Then I will be
officially ready for adoption. I was full of wiggles and kisses at the vets. They laughed and
said they had never seen a dog so happy to be at the office. You see I am really easy to
please. Just give me some attention and I am the happiest puppy around. I weighed in at 27
pounds, I am becoming a big guy! Everyone at the vets office said my brother and I are
beautiful. You see we have been there so much everyone knows us. Everyone even comes
into our exam room to see us and play with us. Luckily we have enough kisses to go around!
Incase you haven't figured it out I am a boxer mix. Mya is my mom and she is 100% Boxer.
Everyone's best guess about my dad is something called a Golden Retriever. Coulda fooled
me, I thought I was all Boxer. Heck, I have the kidney bean dance and boxer wiggle down
to an art form.

My sister Fiona and brother Bosworth have both moved onto their forever homes. My
brother Orlando is going home on 3/27, so that just leaves me looking for that special
someone to love. I know my new family is out there, but I am wondering what happened
that they haven't found me yet? Oh one more thing, I am not as nervous when going outside
anymore. I even walked on my leash into the vets office my foster mom was so proud of me.
My foster mom says I am a fast learner and I will have not problems getting caught up with
socialization. If you think you can help me find my forever family, let me know. I am really
anxious to get settled into my new home.  Love and Sloppy Kisses, Osborne

3/5/04 Osborne is doing well and is growing so quickly it is amazing. He goes back to the
vet Thursday for another check-up and they will take a culture. It will take 7-10 days for the
culture to come back and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is negative...... Then he will
be able to be adopted! He continues to be a happy playful little pup. Other than needing a
little extra help with socialization (great indoors, fearful when taken outside) he is perfect!
We will continue to work with him while he's here. If you need the pitter-patter of puppy feet
to make you home complet Osborne is the boy for you!!

2/12/04 Osborne is one heck of a loveable puppy. He loves to be held and has visions of
being someones lap dog.  He is up to about 17 pounds now. Although one of his brothers
weighs as much as him, Osborne is the biggest in the litter when you simply look at their size.
The pups are coming along nicely with their ringworm treatment and are beginning to grow
some prickles of new hair. YEAH!! All 4 pups go in for a checkup and boosters on
February 24th. Hopefully they will be given the all clear.
2/5/04 Osborne is the biggest pup in the liter. He is a sweet guy, always first in line for food
and treats! He might as well be holding a sign that says "WILL WORK FOR FOOD" as
there's nothing he won't do for a biscuit! Our test results from the vet confirmed that the
puppies have ringworm. They have been being treated for the past week and a half and are
making wonderful progress. Their little bald spots are starting to look better already. They
are treated 2x a daily with oral meds and a weekly Lime Sulfur dip, so they should be
recovered very quickly. If you see a puppy in your future you better get an application in
right away. These little babies won't be around for long!

1/29/04 We would like to introduce Osborne, one of Mya's puppies. Osborne is a cute little
fawn boy, about 8 weeks old. His tail was docked and declaws removed at the shelter. Mya
was surrendered to the shelter along with her 4 puppies that were a couple days old. The
puppies were raised at the shelter were they had hoped to adopt them out themselves when
a skin issue appeared.  All 4 are currently undergoing testing to find out what exactly where
we stand. I am hoping to get a call from the vet soon with the test results. I keep you updated
