UPDATE 12/25/05 - We adopted Frazer 2 years ago on January 3rd, 2004, and we wanted to let
you know how he is doing.
First of Frazer has been the best dog I have ever ever owned!!  He has brought so much joy to Becky
and Me it is unbelievable!  He is very well behaved, but has just enough rebelliousness in him to make it
interesting.  He has so much personality that it is incredible, and he is also very smart.
Frazer is running the house and we love it, he is our son.  Health wise Frazer has had a few problems,
his first was two years ago when his chin got infected with boxer acne, he went on antibiotics for that
which then gave him a yeast infection in his ears, but that was minor.  He had boxer belly for a while
after that but came out of it with a change in his diet.  Lately we just found out on his yearly checkup
that he has Lyme disease which he caught from a late season tick, (october) I found the tick, and pulled
it off from him.  The Doctor said it was in the early stage, and put him on a high dose of doxicyclene,
180 pills, 6 aday.  After that he will get two booster shots to prevent Lyme.  Frazer has a small mast
cell bump on his right leg and we will be having it removed soon and biopsied.  We wanted to get him
all set with the Lyme before we put him through that.  The doctor wasn't real concerned, but knowing
Boxers cancer history, he wants to take care of it.
There, I just wanted you to know that he is doing fine, and if we had the room in our house, he would
have a brother or sister.
Email me back when you get this so I know you received it.
Thanks, and Happy New Year.

UPDATED 01-06-05 - Well, Here we are 1 whole year with my new family and I couldn't be happier!
My Parents Dean and Becky have been the best parents, they treat me like a king.  I had a smaller
brother Cat named Murphy, but he never wanted to play with me, I don't know why he always swatted
and spit at me, all I wanted to do was play with him.  Anyway, I said I had because Murphy decided to
cross our road one too many times last year and was Hit by a car.  We we're sad, I didn't know where
my friend went.  That won't happen to me because I have been well trained not to go beyond the Split
rail fence, and I haven't had any slips at all.

My parents have seen that I can be stubborn when I want to be, but when it comes to going to our Vet,
Dr. Wall, I am the perfect gentleman.  He takes good care of me, like when I had a nasty Staph
infection on my chin last summer he fixed me right up!  And then I got a yeast infection in my ear and he
helped me with that also.  He said I don't need to go on the Atkins or Trimspa diet because I have only
gained 1 pound all year, I went from 64.5 to 65.7 pounds, Dad says he wishes he was in the same
shape as me, He's jealous.  I have gone on vacation a few times to the Daycare down the street, and I
just love to pleay with all the other dogs.  Everyone says that They can't believe what a well behaved
Boxer boy I am.  It just comes naturally to me.

My grandmother stayed with me last March while Mom and Dad went to Las Vegas on vacation and
boy was I mad that they left me, I was pretty defiant, and decided one night to show it when Grammys
Dinner was cooling on the counter.  That Turkey Dinner was too good to resist, and by the time she
saw me it was down my throat.  I still laugh about that one.  That will teach them to leave me!

I have been going to this great dog park lately, It is really cool, lots of woods and places to run with all
my friends, lots of buts to sniff!  I get along really well with everyone, and my Dad never has to scold
me.

Anyway, I figured I would write and tell you how much I like Maine, and enjoy my Family, it has been
a wonderful year and I hear Dad and Mom say how they can't live without me and love me like I was
one of their kids.  That makes me feel great, I have a forever home!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATED 4/1/04 - Frazer is doing fantastic, he starts obedience school on thursday april 8th.
He has fit very well into our family.  We love him dearly. He still has a little trouble with the cat though.
Oh well, we're trying to  keep them seperated. I'll keep you updated on his progress.

1/3/04 - Frazer has been adopted!

12/7/03 Boy, did we luck out.  Frazer is just asuper dog and he has done so well after his first full day
here.  He is a sweetheart.  He slept great last night and his foster dad and I were laughing because we
always have our five and a foster in the bedroom and it is kind of like a big slumber party.  We leashed
Frazier to a dresser and gave him a dog bed but as soon as the lights went off, he stretched to claim
his little corner of our bed by his foster dad's feet.  He stayed for a short while and then slept on his dog
bed.  He ate this morning his usualy kibbled and we gave him a little bit of can which he seemed to
enjoy.  Last night he was just too confused and he had alot of adjustments to make.  He has played
with everyone today out in the back yard and seems to be doing great with everyone. One of the
biggest adjustments for him is that his owners told me he used a doggie door to go outside but here he
has to ask. When he wants to go out, he will cry a little bit but he does it often as he thinks he should be
able to go in and out like he use to.  Frazer was very well taken care of in his previous home and it
shows.  He does sit and will give you his paw, and comes when he is called.  Frazer is just a normal 2
1/2 yr old.  He has lots of energy but he does a good job with handling himself.  He really is just a nice
guy.  I left for a couple hours today and he went in his crate with just a gentle push.  I gave him a filled
marrow bone with peanut butter that he was working on when I left. He was good and no barking for
Frazer.  When I returned he was calm but very glad to see me.  This morning he noticed our small
parrot that we have and sat about 5 feet away from her and just watched like what is that?  He
eventually went up to the cage to sniff but was really okay with her.  Well, it is dinner time and Frazer is
hungry.  Frazer wants to be in his new forever home before Christmas.  He really deserves a new
family and that's all his has on his Christmas list.  So hurry......

12/5/03 Boxer'In On the Lake would like to welcome Frazer, who is a 2 1/2 yr old brindle boy with a
black mask, natural ears, docked tail, white chest and just a splash of white on his nose. He was an
owner surrender and the family was very sad to give him up but he had been having some issues with
another older boxer in the home. Frazer lived with a 10 month old little boy and the owners said he was
wonderful with him. Frazer is a normal 2 1/2 yr old. He has lots of energy and loves to play. We did
have him separated from his foster brothers and sister but he was not happy being separated from them
so already he has met everyone and is doing well. He is much happier and acts like a little boy in a
candy store. He just doesn't know who to play with first. Frazer rode home in the car so very nicely. It
will be fun watching him get more comfortable as we wait for his forever home to be found. He is going
to make some family a great addition. Frazer needs to be brought up to date on some of his
vaccinations so we will be making a trip to the vet this week. I think he is just going to be a great dog.
